Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Pharmacy Operations to lead regional fulfillment across multiple sites in the U.S. You will build leadership, drive regulatory compliance, and scale processes for sustainable growth within a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities include mentoring Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers, optimizing site-level execution, and analyzing P&L data to inform decisions. Travel up to 30% and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in multi-site fulfillment/healthcare/operations leadership.
• Experience leading high-volume regulated operations and teams.
• Experience with financial metrics and performance data.
• Strong analytical and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy, execution, and performance across multiple sites.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and operational readiness.
• Develop and mentor Pharmacy Fulfillment Managers.
• Scale standardized processes and tools for consistency.
• Monitor safety, quality, cost, productivity, and delivery timeliness.
• Apply Lean and Kaizen to reduce waste in workflows.
• Oversee inventory, workforce planning, and space utilization.
• Collaborate with HR to attract and develop talent.
• Analyze P&L data to guide decisions.
• Lead escalation and risk mitigation for site-level events.
• Oversee audits, quality assurance, and compliance reviews.
• Support new site launches and regional expansion.
