Responsibilities

• Oversight of Regional VP of Sales with overall responsibility for revenue performance.
• Develop and train new General Managers.
• Conduct performance reviews and plans for direct reports.
• Ensure long-range plans for all hotels under directive.
• Develop capital expenditure plans with hotel management.
• Analyze financial information, guest and associate satisfaction and implement corrective plans.
• Perform regular hotel visits to protect owner's assets.
• Interact with owners and asset managers as needed.
• Prepare reports for improved management decision making.
• Directs information required by owners or corporate staff.
• Uphold brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Develop managers for future promotional opportunities.
• Support property and corporate programs and events.
