Job summary

LTD Hospitality Group seeks a Regional Director of Operations to own the results of a multi-brand regional portfolio in Hampton Roads, Virginia. You will drive profitability, revenue growth and guest experience across five to seven hotels, with direct access to the C-suite and ownership.

The role requires a proven hotel operator with full P&L ownership, 3+ years in multi-property leadership, and a track record of improving RevPAR, GOP margins and guest scores.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in hotel operations including GM with full P&L ownership
• 3+ years in multi-property role overseeing at least five hotels
• Experience with at least two Marriott, Hilton and IHG brands; select-service and extended-stay depth
• Track record of improving RevPAR, GOP margin and guest scores
• Renovation/PIP experience; liaising with lenders or owners
• Bachelor's in hospitality, business or finance; CHA advantageous

Responsibilities

• Own each hotel's P&L, GOP and EBITDA against budget and forecast
• Lead rolling weekly and monthly forecasts with GMs
• Manage labor productivity by department and scheduling to demand
• Drive cost-per-occupied-room discipline and capital spend alignment
• Optimize RevPAR index and market share against competitive sets
• Engage Revenue Management and Sales; protect rate integrity
• Oversee guest satisfaction, NPS and online reputation across brands
• Lead visits with documented findings and action owners
