Sonesta International Hotels is seeking an Area General Manager to lead multiple properties, drive operational excellence, and deliver financial performance across a regional market.

You will partner with General Managers, Sales, Revenue Management, Finance and corporate teams to optimize guest experiences and owner relationships while fostering leadership development and a strong hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive hotel leadership or multi-property experience.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple hotels within a portfolio to drive performance.
• Coach General Managers and hotel leadership for operational excellence.
• Monitor KPIs: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, labor, guest satisfaction, profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing and Finance to maximize revenue.
• Engage ownership groups and partners to support portfolio growth.
