Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. in Raleigh, NC seeks a senior operations leader to oversee multiple hotel operations and drive revenue under the direction of the SVP of Operations. You will mentor General Managers, oversee long-range plans, and develop strategic capital expenditure programs.

The role requires strong financial acumen, leadership, and cross-functional communication. You will travel frequently to support properties and maintain brand standards across a portfolio of hotels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Revenue performance with Regional VP of Sales.
• Develop and train new General Managers.
• Conduct Performance Reviews and action plans for direct reports.
• Ensure long-range plans are in place for all hotels under directive.
• Assist in capital expenditure planning and implementation.
• Analyze financials, guest and associate satisfaction to drive improvements.
• Visit hotels regularly to protect owner assets and ensure operations.
• Engage with owners and asset managers as needed.
• Prepare reports for owners or corporate staff to aid decision making.
• Uphold brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Develop managers for future promotions and opportunities.
• Support and participate in property and corporate programs.
