Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. in Raleigh, NC seeks a senior operations leader to oversee multiple hotel operations and drive revenue under the direction of the SVP of Operations. You will mentor General Managers, oversee long-range plans, and develop strategic capital expenditure programs.

The role requires strong financial acumen, leadership, and cross-functional communication. You will travel frequently to support properties and maintain brand standards across a portfolio of hotels.

Description

Summary:

Responsible for multiple hotel operations (more than 12 units). Manage projects as directed by SVP of Operations. Maintain the operational and service standards prescribed by Concord Hospitality. Handle long range planning, troubleshooting and new General Manager mentoring.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of Regional VP of Sales with overall responsibility for revenue performance.
• Assume the responsibilities for new General Manager's development and training.
• Conducts Performance Reviews and Plans and Actions as necessary for direct reports.
• Makes sure long range plans are in place at all hotels under directive.
• Be a resource for the hotel management team to develop and implement capital expenditure plans.
• Analyze financial information, guest satisfaction and associate satisfaction for trends and assist the management team in implementing corrective plans and actions.
• Perform regular hotel visits to ensure the daily operations are protecting the owner's assets.
• Interact with various owners and asset managers as needed.
• Prepares reports as requested to develop a more informative date base for improved management decision making and critical evaluation of work activities.
• Directs the preparation of any information required by owners or corporate staff.
• Continually focus on upholding all brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Develops managers to maximize potential and prepare for future promotional opportunities.
• Actively supports and participates in property and corporate sponsored programs and events.
