Job summary

Asset Living in Florida is seeking a Senior Regional Manager focused on affordable housing to oversee a portfolio of communities. You will supervise on-site staff, ensure compliance with fair housing laws, LIHTC and Section 8 policies, and manage operations across leasing, maintenance, and finances.

As an offsite leader, you will develop annual budgets, monitor performance, and implement marketing and leasing strategies.

Qualifications

• Affordable housing experience which includes LIHTC
• Prior experience as a Regional Manager
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a housing community portfolio.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure compliance with policies.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, finances, administration and risk.
• Ensure LIHTC and Section 8 policies are followed.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Travel 25-50% for property visits and conferences.
• Develop yearly marketing plan and leasing strategies.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance across sites.
