Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership.
• Ability to apply sound engineering principles to operational and design issues.
• Must possess Project Management skills; Contract Administration skills; National codes and standards interpretation skills.
• Proficient in engineering economics.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Travel to other locations about 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Performance Management: Lead engineering team members across multiple plants, oversee projects, manage direct reports, and ensure resourceful execution.
• Strategic Oversight & Continuous Improvement: Manage Capital Budget up to $50mm, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across M&E.
• Technical & Operational Excellence: Provide technical leadership for production technologies, troubleshooting, and safe high‑quality food production.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with codes and maintain up-to-date M&E programs and safety standards.
• Employee Development & Team Leadership: Develop high-performing teams and collaborate with HR on leadership development and training.
