Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management or project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams across multiple plants to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage capital and expense plans up to $50MM; oversee project engineering activities.
• Provide technical leadership for production technologies and maintenance practices.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local engineering codes and food-safety standards.
