Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• At least 2+ years in team management or project leadership.
• Ability to apply sound engineering principles to operational and design issues.
• PM skills, contract administration, and codes knowledge.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team across multiple plants to ensure optimal performance and oversee project teams.
• Manage annual capital budget up to $50mm and coordinate with operations & maintenance.
• Provide technical leadership for production technologies and maintenance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with codes and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Develop and mentor engineers; foster safety and performance culture.
