Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience; 2+ years in leadership/management.
• Ability to apply sound engineering principles to operations and design issues.
• Project management and contract administration skills; knowledge of codes/standards.
• Proficient in engineering economics; proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel ~50% to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams across multiple plants to optimize performance.
• Oversee capital budgeting and project execution; manage resources and schedules.
• Provide technical leadership for production technologies and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local engineering codes and regulations.
