Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience; management or project leadership experience.
• Ability to apply sound engineering principles to operational and design issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams across multiple plants to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage capital/expense plans and oversee project execution with proper resourcing.
• Provide technical leadership for production technologies and equipment improvements.
