Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management or project leadership.
- Apply sound engineering principles to operational/design issues.
- PM skills and contract administration skills required; knowledge of codes/standards.
- Proficient in engineering economics and Microsoft Office; AutoCAD proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams across multiple plants to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee capital projects and maintain effective resourcing and budgets.
- Provide technical leadership on production technologies and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local codes and safety standards.
- Develop leaders, drive performance, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
