Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Regional Director of Operations - Dining in the Boston area. The role leads dining leadership teams to achieve financial and guest service targets across the dining division at East Boston location.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years GM experience in fast-paced high-volume restaurants, a BS in hotel/restaurant management, and strong leadership and communication skills. Active in driving profitability and quality standards while mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years GM experience in high-volume restaurant.
• Experience in quick service / full service / fast casual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceed First Class Service standards with guests, partners, and peers.
• Manage relationships with airport officials and build positive ties.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety laws and regulations.
• Oversee financial performance and profitability of dining platforms.
• Lead scheduling for new restaurant openings.
• Mentor and coach team members to build high-performance teams.
