Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in hotel/restaurant management or related field.
• Serve Safe Food Manager certification or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in full-service restaurants is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations to ensure service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and mentor management and hourly staff, promoting engagement and growth.
• Oversee budgeting, cost controls, and profitability targets.
• Maintain HACCP and food safety compliance across all shifts.
• Represent Paradies Lagardère with a professional image and strong guest focus.
