Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Food Manager's Certification required within six months.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform standing, bending, and walking.
• Bachelor of Science in hotel/restaurant management is desirable.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, Microsoft Office, and mathematics.
• Willing to work various shifts in a 7/365 environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and mentor team members to reach their full potential and develop bench strength.
• Source high potential candidates using variety of recruiting avenues and screen with interview guides.
• Ensure all training, policies, and SOPs are followed and up to date.
• Drive guest service excellence and resolve complaints promptly to turn guests into return customers.
• Create and post schedules to maximize sales and manage labor costs.
• Monitor performance and coach direct reports to meet goals.
