Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Regional Director of Operations - Dining in Boston to lead the dining division's leadership teams, drive financial results, and uphold guest service excellence across multiple restaurants at the airport.

This role requires 8–10 years of GM experience in fast-paced venues, a BS in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent, and proven ability to mentor leaders, manage schedules for openings, and ensure compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in hotel/restaurant management is desirable; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 8–10 years GM experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
• Experience in quick service, full service, or fast casual operations is a plus
