Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 10+ years in Business/Commercial Banking.
• Experience structuring complex credits and managing large client portfolios.
• Strong network and ability to close profitable loan transactions.

Responsibilities

• Acquires new, profitable business relationships through prospecting, networking and insights.
• Builds and maintains a robust local market COI network.
• Analyzes, structures and closes complex loan transactions in Regional Banking.
• Maintains credit worthiness of customers and collects necessary documentation.
• Manages relationships with existing customers through advisory support.
• Focuses on businesses $2M–$50M in sales with up to $25M credit exposure.
• Delivers bankwide solutions in collaboration with internal partners.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4 year of education and Business Banking/ Commercial lending experience)
