Huntington is seeking a Regional Banking Relationship Manager Sr. to acquire new business and deepen relationships with existing customers.

The role targets mid-to-large businesses (sales $2MM–$50MM) with credit exposures up to $25MM and emphasizes heavy involvement with accounts above $25MM in sales. The position serves as a senior regional banking sales role and acts as back-up to the Market Manager while mentoring junior colleagues and coordinating with internal partners to deliver customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with business banking/commercial lending experience.
• 10+ years of Business Banking/Commercial Banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquires new, profitable business relationships through prospecting and advisory services.
• Builds a network of local market COI relationships, external and internal.
• Analyzes and structures complex loan transactions in Regional Banking.
• Maintains creditworthiness of customers and gathers required documentation.
• Manages a book of existing clients with insights and guidance.
• Drives portfolio management including quarterly reviews and CAR collections.
• Collaborates with Huntington Loan Center and Commercial Loan Servicing.
• Represents the bank in the community and partners with junior colleagues.
