Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance seeks a senior leader for the U.S. Casualty Claims Leadership Team to drive exceptional claims experience, loss cost management, and talent outcomes across multiple states and major accounts.

This role blends hands-on leadership of operations with strategic accountability for financial results and risk management, while partnering with Underwriting to align capacity with business growth. Location within 50 miles of hub offices is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 10+ years leading large operations.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of insurance and claims handling.
• Strong analytical, leadership and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead in changing environments and take risks.
