Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a senior leader to direct USC Claims across a multi-state footprint, driving exceptional customer experience while improving loss cost performance and expense discipline. You will lead teams of Claims Specialists serving Major Accounts and Helmsman segments, spanning Auto and General Liability.

The role combines hands-on operational leadership with strategic accountability for financial outcomes, risk management, and talent development, with a view to Liberty

• Interfaces with Customers, Agents and Brokers to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintains strong working relationships within and outside GRS Claims to ensure delivery on the claims value proposition.
