Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training required, 10+ years of experience leading large and complex operations.
• Advanced degree preferred.

• Set region priorities and provide direction to focus teams on areas of greatest opportunity.
• Create a vision and talent strategy to develop staff and create talent pools to ensure availability of future talent.

• Foster a learning culture and data-driven improvement in a continuously evolving environment.
• Communicate trends or legal changes impacting outcomes to Claims and Stakeholders.
