You will drive exceptional claims experiences while managing loss costs, expenses, and talent outcomes across 300+ professionals in multi-state operations, including Major Accounts and Helmsman services, across Auto and General Liability. • Leads, motivates and inspires delivery of business results/claims outcomes through others.
• Sets region priorities and provides direction to focus teams on areas of greatest opportunity.
• Creates a vision and talent strategy to develop staff and create talent pools to ensure availability of future talent. Engages, attracts and retians diverse exceptional claims talent and holds others accountable for attracting and developing talent.
• Manages resources to ensure best in class service and outcomes.
• Fosters a learning culture that facilitates continuous improvement in a data driven environment.
• Communicates within Claims and Stakeholders any trends or legal changes impacting outcomes or business results.
• Interfaces with key Customers, Agents and Brokers at point of sale, throughout the lifecycle and as a thought leader on technical matters, to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintains strong working relationships within and outside GRS Claims to ensure delivery on claims` customer value proposition.
