Job summary

Huntington Bank in Houston seeks a Regional Banking Relationship Manager III to acquire new business relationships and deepen existing ones. You will guide business owners, cross-sell bank solutions, and manage portfolios up to $25 MM in credit exposure.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Business Banking or Commercial roles, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to operate collaboratively with internal partners to deliver tailored financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4 year combination of education and Business banking or commercial experience).
• Minimum of 5 years Business Banking or Commercial experience

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains profitable Business Banking relationships with businesses sales size $2 MM to $50MM and credit exposure up to $25 MM.
• Effectively prospects new business and expands/ deepens existing business relationships.
• Meets with business owners to build strong relationships, understands their needs, recommends business solutions from across the bank and negotiates pricing and fees.
• Collaborates with internal partners to deliver customer solutions and build external referral networks.
• Manages portfolio reviews, CAR, and documents; coordinates loan approvals through Huntington Loan Center; ensures credit packages are complete.
