Zusammenfassung

Huntington Bank in Houston is seeking a Regional Banking Relationship Manager to acquire new business and deepen relationships with existing clients. You will guide business owners, understand their needs, and present banking solutions across the bank while negotiating pricing and fees.

You’ll cross-sell, coordinate with branch staff and product partners, manage portfolios, and conduct quarterly reviews to ensure credit quality and timely collections, supporting sustainable growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business-related field.
• Minimum 1 year business banking or commercial experience.
• Knowledge of business banking products preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain profitable Business Banking relationships with sales up to $50MM and credits up to $25MM.
• Prospect new business and deepen existing relationships.
• Meet with owners to understand needs and negotiate pricing and fees.
• Coordinate with internal partners to deliver client solutions.
• Monitor portfolio and ensure credit quality standards.
