Job summary

Huntington National Bank in Houston, TX is seeking a Regional Banking Relationship Manager III to grow and deepen business banking relationships by offering insights and tailored solutions to business owners.

You will cross-sell, negotiate pricing and fees, and coordinate with internal partners to deliver complete client solutions, managing portfolios with credit exposure up to $25MM and loans through the Huntington Loan Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in business banking or commercial lending.
• Strong analytical, credit, and negotiating skills.
• Ability to develop and manage client relationships and cross-sell across product lines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain profitable Business Banking relationships with $2MM–$50MM sales and up to $25MM credit exposure.
• Prospect new business and expand existing relationships.
• Meet with owners to identify needs and negotiate pricing and fees.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver client solutions.
• Monitor portfolio and renewals; coordinate loan approvals.
• Support collections/workouts as needed.
