Huntington Bancshares, Inc. in Atlanta seeks a Regional Banking Relationship Manager Sr. to acquire new business relationships and deepen existing ones by delivering insights and guidance to business owners with sales between $2M and $50M.

This senior role targets larger clients (>$25M in sales) and includes credit structuring, portfolio management, and collaboration with loan centers to ensure complete credit packages, while mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4 year of education and Business Banking/ Commercial lending experience).
• 10+ years of Business Banking/Commercial Banking experience.

Responsabilités

• Acquires new profitable business relationships through prospecting and building a robust market COI network.
• Analyze, structure and close complex loan transactions for regional banking.
• Maintain credit worthiness by gathering and reviewing required documentation.
• Manage a book of existing business customers and deepen relationships, focusing on $2–$50M in sales with up to $25M credit exposure.
• Deepen relationships through internal partnerships and providing insights to customers.
• Portfolio management including quarterly reviews and credit administration.
• Collaborate with Huntington Loan Center and Commercial Loan Servicing to ensure credit packages are accurate.
• Represent the bank at community events and within the local market.
• Mentor junior colleagues on complex credits and cross-functional work.
