Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Regional Banking Relationship Manager Sr. to acquire and deepen business relationships with a focus on clients with $2MM–$50MM in sales and up to $25MM credit exposure.

You will credit assess, structure complex transactions and mentor junior colleagues within Regional Banking. The role emphasizes aggressive prospecting, strong networking, and collaboration with internal teams to provide comprehensive banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4 years of education and Business Banking/ Commercial lending experience).
• 10+ years of Business Banking/Commercial Banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new, profitable business relationships through aggressive prospecting, networking and providing insights and advice.
• Analyze, structure and close profitable loan transactions of the most complex nature in Regional Banking.
• Maintain and confirm credit worthiness of customers. Gather, review and track appropriate documentation from applicants.
• Manage relationships with a book of existing business customers by providing insights and advice; target markets of $2–$50MM in sales, up to $25MM credit exposure.
• Deepen relationships through internal partnerships and credible guidance to customers; deliver the full bank solutions.
• Handle portfolio management including quarterly reviews, CAR and document collection; coordinate with Loan Center and Servicing.
