Huntington Bancshares, Inc. in Westlake, OH is seeking a Senior Regional Banking Relationship Manager to acquire new business relationships and deepen existing ones by offering insights and guidance to business owners.

The role targets companies with $2M–$50M in sales and up to $25M in credit exposures, serving as a senior sales contributor within Regional Banking and mentoring junior colleagues while backing up the Market Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4 year of education) and Business Banking/Commercial lending experience.
• 10+ years of Business Banking/Commercial Banking experience.
• Well-versed in complex commercial credits with 10+ years Business Banking or Commercial sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Acquires new profitable business relationships through aggressive prospecting, networking and providing insights and advice.
• Analyzes, structures and closes profitable loans for complex credits in Regional Banking.
• Maintains and confirms credit worthiness of customers; gathers and tracks required documentation.
• Manages and maintains strong relationships with a book of existing business customers and deepens relationships.
• Delivers comprehensive banking solutions by coordinating with internal partners and the Huntington Loan Center and Commercial Loan Servicing.
• Performs quarterly portfolio reviews and manages credit packages and related documentation.
