Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Regional Banking Relationship Manager IV to acquire new business relationships and deepen existing client accounts in the Dayton area.

The role focuses on businesses with $2–$50 million in sales and up to $25 million in credit exposure, offering guidance and cross-sell opportunities across the bank. As a senior RM, you will provide credit and mentoring guidance to junior RMs, negotiate pricing, and bring the bank’s full suite of services to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years Business Banking or Commercial experience.
• Knowledge of business banking products.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of bank policies, procedures, products and services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquires new, profitable business relationships through aggressive prospecting and networking.
• Analyze, structure and close complex loan transactions for Regional Banking customers.
• Maintain credit worthiness and gather required documentation.
• Manage relationships with a book of existing business customers and deepen cross-sell.
• Deliver the entire bank to customers through internal partnerships and guidance.
• Portfolio management with quarterly reviews and CAR activity.
• Coordinate with the Huntington Loan Center and Commercial Loan Servicing for credit packages.
• Represent the bank within the community at boards and events.
• Collaborate with junior RMs on complex credits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
