Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/finance.
• 10+ years of Business Banking/Commercial Banking experience.
• Experience with complex commercial credits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new, profitable business relationships through prospecting and networking.
• Analyze, structure and close complex loan transactions.
• Maintain credit worthiness and gather documentation from applicants.
• Manage relationships with a book of existing customers and deepen connections.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver customer solutions.
• Perform portfolio management with quarterly reviews and required documentation.
• Represent the bank in the community and at business events.
• Mentor junior colleagues on complex credits.
