Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of Business Banking/Commercial Banking experience.
• Experience with complex commercial credits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new, profitable business relationships through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Analyze, structure and close complex loan transactions in Regional Banking.
• Maintain creditworthiness by gathering and reviewing required documentation from applicants.
• Manage and deepen relationships with a book of existing customers, focusing on firms with sales between $2M and $50M and up to $25M in credit exposure.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive banking solutions to customers.
• Conduct quarterly portfolio reviews and coordinate with loan servicing teams to ensure accurate credit packages.
