Job summary

The role focuses on businesses with $2M–$50M in sales and up to $25M in credit exposure, with a senior sales orientation and mentoring duties. You will collaborate with internal partners to deliver bank solutions, manage credit packages, and participate in community representation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with business/commercial lending experience.
• 10+ years of Business Banking/Commercial Banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new, profitable business relationships through prospecting and advising.
• Analyze, structure and close complex loan transactions.
• Maintain creditworthiness and gather documentation from applicants.
• Deepen relationships with existing customers via internal partnerships.
• Portfolio management with quarterly reviews and related documentation.
