Job summary

Hussmann is seeking skilled Technicians to maintain, diagnose, and repair HVAC/R systems in supermarkets and cold storage facilities. You will work with a Master/Lead Technician and perform preventative maintenance, leak detection, and component replacement. Strong communication, safety, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Bonuses, paid training, company vehicle, and sign-on incentives are part of the benefits package. EPA 608 certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• Must have Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Experience with commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on supermarket refrigeration systems and merchandisers with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose and repair refrigeration, heating, and air-conditioning systems.
• Detect and repair leaks, replace components, and service compressors and motors.
• Complete work tickets and electronic paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain truck inventory and adhere to vehicle policies.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations and clearly explain issues.
