Job summary

Goodwill Mission Services of Silicon Valley is seeking a Case Manager III (Reentry, Housing & Employment Stability) to coordinate housing navigation, employment pathways, and supportive services for adults at risk or justice-involved. The role emphasizes rapid intake, housing stability planning, and strong collaboration with partners.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in a related field and experience with CaseWorthy, housing-first approaches, and trauma-informed care, plus bilingual

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminology, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with housing navigation, rapid rehousing, or workforce programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide housing navigation and stability planning within 24 hours of enrollment.
• Coordinate subsidized employment and NOW program participation.
• Maintain CaseWorthy documentation and track outcomes.
• Ensure program compliance with funding and quality standards.
• Deliver CQI meetings and participate in internal audits.
