Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field with strong communication skills.
• Possess vehicle, insurance, CDL and excellent driving record.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom curriculum including resume writing and mock interviews.
• Develop new training programs to boost employment opportunities.
• Conduct job search training and interview preparation.
• Hold weekly case management meetings with staff.
• Transport participants to interviews when needed.
• Report progress to Program Manager and submit data.
• Oversee job placement and transitions to permanent work.
• Advocate for participants with employers.
