Job summary

Goodwill Industries of New Mexico is seeking a Case Manager/Skills trainer to support justice-involved individuals reentering the community and workforce. You will deliver one-on-one case management, employment skills training, and community advocacy in a program designed to help participants re-enter work with supportive services.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in social services or related field, 1–3 years in case management, and ability to travel across the Albuquerque area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field.
• 1–3 years’ work experience in case management or social work preferred.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid New Mexico driver’s license, liability insurance and insurability; dependable vehicle.
• Ability to travel around Albuquerque metro area and statewide.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one case management for participants in the program.
• Facilitate employment skills training and coaching.
• Build relationships with community agencies and employers.
• Maintain accurate case records and timely documentation.
• Educate businesses about the program and potential tax credits.
• Develop participant job search plans and assist in securing employment.
