Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive profitable new sales within the Recruitment Solutions portfolio. You will foster key relationships with clients, develop client-specific strategies, and collaborate with various teams to increase revenue and client satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years of sales experience, a business-related degree, and the ability to travel up to 80% weekly. You’ll work primarily off-site visiting clients and attending meetings across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Two years of sales experience required; six years possible with relevant education/experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% per week; reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and consultatively sell solutions/services to assigned clients.
• Partner with clients to define strategic hiring objectives and needs.
• Develop client-specific strategies to hit revenue and profitability targets.
• Conduct site visits and sales meetings with clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals, and amendments.
• Provide guidance on sales and pricing strategies.
• Produce and analyze sales forecasts and reports for stakeholders.
