Akkodis is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive profitable new sales within the Recruitment Solutions portfolio. You will nurture key client relationships, define hiring objectives, and develop strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.

The role involves frequent site visits and travel up to 80% of the time, with an emphasis on consultative selling and strategic client engagement. Ideal candidates will have a business-related degree and at least two years of sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• Two (2) years of sales related experience required; more is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% per week is required.

Responsabilités

• Identify sales opportunities and consultatively sell solutions and/or services.
• Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
• Develop client-specific strategies to achieve revenue and profitability.
• Regularly meet with clients at their location or office.
• Collaborate with Delivery Manager on recruiting strategies and focus.
