NSG - Real Estate & Construction (Noor Staffing Group) is seeking an experienced Full-Desk Recruiter to drive placements across real estate, construction, property management, and finance.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build client relationships, and develop pipelines to deliver top talent quickly. The role rewards performance with a competitive base and uncapped commission while embracing a hybrid Houston office routine.

• 2+ years of agency recruiting experience (real estate, construction, property management, or finance strongly preferred).
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Motivated, collaborative, and adaptable — with a passion for hitting goals.
• Ability to work hybrid: come into the Houston office 2 days per week.
