Job summary

Addison Group in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a high volume of positions. You will partner with hiring managers, handle 20–30+ active requisitions, source and screen candidates, and drive interviews and offers to closure.

The role requires 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing/communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Medical, PTO and 401K benefits are included.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience managing 20–30+ requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Proven ability to source and recruit candidates through multiple channels.
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing requisitions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with hiring managers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop recruiting strategies, and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines.
  • Manage a high volume of 20–30+ active requisitions at a time.
  • Source, identify, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess candidates against job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and facilitate timely feedback.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within an ATS.
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Manage offer negotiations, references, background checks, and other pre-employment activities.
  • Track recruiting activity, pipeline status, and hiring metrics and communicate progress to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on talent market conditions and recruiting best practices.

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their team and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a high volume of open positions. This role is ideal for a hands‑on recruiter who is comfortable partnering with hiring managers, managing multiple priorities, and moving candidates through the recruiting process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing 20–30+ requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced recruiting environment.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with any major ATS platform is acceptable.
  • Proven ability to source and recruit candidates through multiple channels.
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize competing requisitions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and internal teams.
  • Comfortable working in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting within the energy or oil & gas industry.
  • Experience working for or recruiting within a staffing agency.
  • Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, professional, or field‑based positions.
  • Familiarity with the Houston energy market and related talent pools.
