Job summary

Noor Staffing Group is seeking a Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring effort across Operations and Technology roles. This four-month, hybrid position emphasizes full-cycle recruiting with heavy scheduling, candidate communication, and process management.

You will coordinate interviews, manage pipelines in the ATS and Workday, source when needed, and collaborate with hiring managers and agencies to move quickly while ensuring a smooth onboarding handoff.

Job description

Our client is seeking a Recruiter to support high volume hiring effort across Operations and Technology roles. This is a great fit for someone who has full cycle recruiting experience but genuinely enjoys the administrative and logistical side of the process. You'll own scheduling, candidate communication, and process management while also pitching in on sourcing when needed.

This is a four month contract engagement, hybrid schedule.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and calendars
• Manage candidates through the recruiting pipeline, keeping communication timely and clear
• Track requisitions and candidate status in the ATS, keeping data clean and current
• Source and screen candidates as needed to supplement the pipeline
• Partner closely with hiring managers and outside agencies to keep the process moving quickly
• Handle offer logistics, background checks, and onboarding handoffs
• Flag bottlenecks early and keep the process organized as volume ramps up

What You Bring

• Prior recruiting experience, ideally with some full cycle sourcing under your belt
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple calendars and pipelines at once
• Workday experience required
• Experience with an ATS and general recruiting tools
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Ability to move quickly and stay organized in a fast paced environment with multiple agencies involved
• Prior experience recruiting for Ops or Tech roles is a plus

Details

• Duration: Approximately 4 months
• Schedule: Hybrid
• Pay range: $28 to $35 per hour, depending on experience

This position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the role, which may include standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis, with or without reasonable accommodation.
