Job summary

Carlton Staffing in Houston is seeking a driven Recruiter to join our team on-site. You will recruit for light industrial roles, build relationships with clients and applicants, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

We offer an uncapped commission structure, 15 days of PTO, 9 paid holidays, a birthday off, and office snacks to keep you energized throughout the day as you help deliver top-tier talent to our clients.
