TechOp Solutions is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Florida. You will partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting Leads to support staffing for our contact center portfolio, managing the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS with 5+ years in recruiting, preferably with government contracting exposure, and excels in fast-paced environments, communication, and data-driven decision making.

Qualificações

• BA/BS required with 5+ years recruiting experience.
• Federal contracting recruiting experience is highly desired.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs for each role.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle across the contact center portfolio.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and administer assessments and references.
• Maintain status updates in ATS; analyze pipeline health and adjust as needed.
• Draft and deliver employment offers for exempt/non-exempt roles.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and regulations.
