TechOp Solutions International is seeking a corporate recruiter to join our recruiting team and support staffing for federal clients. The role focuses on the contact and customer service center portfolio, managing the full recruiting lifecycle from screening to onboarding.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in government contracting or recruiting agency support and can handle a high-volume pipeline.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required, plus 5 years of recruiting experience
• Experience in federal contracting recruiting is highly desired
• Knowledge of the recruiting life cycle
• MS Office proficiency; experience with HR databases and sourcing tools

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting Leads to understand hiring needs for each position
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle across contact center portfolio, screen resumes, interview candidates, conduct assessments, reference checks, and make hire recommendations
• Follow up with candidates and Hiring Managers on interview status
• Manage ATS/HRIS data, analytics, and pipeline health; ensure documentation accuracy and audit readiness
• Oversee security process for contingent hires and guide candidates through the process
