1840 & Company is seeking an experienced U.S. Recruitment Manager to lead recruiting delivery for high-volume and professional hiring across the United States. This hands-on leadership role will guide a team of U.S.

recruiters and manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to hiring. The ideal candidate will balance strategy and direct recruiting activities, partner with LATAM resources, and drive measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of U.S. recruiting experience, including leadership of recruiters or teams.
• B2B recruiting experience with high-volume hiring and aggressive deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage the U.S. recruiting team with workload and performance oversight.
• Oversee full lifecycle recruiting across multiple U.S. markets and roles.
• personally source, screen, and interview when volume requires it.
• Partner with LATAM resources to align sourcing strategies and delivery.
• Develop and execute strategies for concurrent high-volume hiring initiatives.
• Monitor funnels, address shortages, capacity, and delivery risks.
• Own KPIs: time-to-fill, submittals, offers, productivity, retention.
• Drive ATS optimization, automation, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
