Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Background in recruiting coordination, operations, executive support, talent acquisition, client service or high-touch environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Calm, polished, solutions-oriented under pressure.
• Excellent judgment and discretion.
• Proactive and adaptable with curiosity for new tools and AI.
• Comfort learning and using generative AI and other tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex recruiting processes from start to finish with a polished candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple teams, senior stakeholders, and time zones.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Partner with Recruiters, Human Capital colleagues, hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities and troubleshoot scheduling or process challenges.
• Use generative AI and other tools to improve workflows and deliverables.
• Maintain detailed recruiting documentation.
• Follow established procedures and operating guidelines.
• Support process-improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
