Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in financial services or professional services.
• Experience recruiting for technology and investment operations roles is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Shared Services and Investment Operations roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers; manage onboarding handoff.
• Advise hiring teams on market conditions and compensation trends.
• Develop diverse pipelines and ensure an inclusive candidate experience.
