Cambridge Associates in Boston seeks a proactive, consultative Recruiter to support US hiring across Shared Services and Investment Operations, partnering with hiring managers and Human Capital to deliver high-quality, inclusive recruiting processes for technical, operational, and business-critical roles.

The role will manage full-cycle recruiting for technology and investment operations, build diverse pipelines, assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a strong candidate experience

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in financial services or professional services.
• Experience recruiting for technology and investment operations roles is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Shared Services and Investment Operations roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers; manage onboarding handoff.
• Advise hiring teams on market conditions and compensation trends.
• Develop diverse pipelines and ensure an inclusive candidate experience.
