Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
2+ years in corporate recruiting, ideally in financial services or similar.
Direct-sourcing capability and confidence engaging passive candidates.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for Shared Services (A&F, IT, Legal) and Investment Operations.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruiting strategy.
Recruit for technology roles (software Eng, data/analytics, infra, cloud, cybersecurity) and Investment Operations roles.
Build and maintain diverse pipelines through direct sourcing and referrals.
Conduct initial assessments, evaluate fit, motivation, and communication skills.
Deliver a professional, responsive candidate experience throughout the process.
Advise on market conditions, compensation trends, and process improvements.
Coordinate structured interviews and ensure timely feedback collection.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in ATS per policy.
