Job summary

Cambridge Associates is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support US hiring across Shared Services and Investment Operations. You will partner with hiring managers and Human Capital to deliver inclusive recruiting for technical, operational, and business-critical roles.

The role requires full-cycle recruiting experience, including IT and investment operations markets, and the ability to manage multiple searches while advising on talent strategy and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technology roles.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating business needs into recruiting plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Shared Services (A&F, IT, Legal) and Investment Operations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and strategies.
• Recruit for technology roles such as software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT delivery.
• Recruit for Investment Operations roles such as trade operations, client reporting, and portfolio administration.
• Build diverse pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and external partners.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and ensure a strong candidate experience.
